The Chefs of JCAA take pride in announcing that our students competed in the 2017 ProStart Culinary Competition this past weekend in Orlando.
We won 1st place in Management, 1st place overall bringing home the Governor’s Cup to Tarpon Springs HS, and 3rd place in Edible Centerpiece.
Our Management team will be representing the State of Florida and Tarpon Springs High School at the 2017 ProStart National Invitational in Charleston South Carolina in late April.
