2017 ProStart

Good Evening,

The Chefs of JCAA take pride in announcing that our students competed in the 2017 ProStart Culinary Competition this past weekend in Orlando.  

We won 1^st place in Management, 1^st place overall bringing home the Governor’s Cup to Tarpon Springs HS,  and 3rd place in Edible Centerpiece.  

Our Management team will be representing the State of Florida and Tarpon Springs High School at the 2017 ProStart National Invitational  in Charleston South Carolina in late April.

 The competition was held in the Out Back room  at Tarpon High.  Tarpon High, Lealman, Osceola High and North East High competed today.

Space is limited & rented on a 1^st come, 1^st serve basis!

Vendors provide tables & accessories.  Rental fee provides a

space for Vendors to sell their products!
